Booking Dr. Parker via PetCare

FiO₂ uses the DaySmart PetCare app and online booking portal to make service requests easier for clients and partner clinics; schedule consultations, support, and CE! 

Through PetCare, you can request CE and appointments, manage booking details, complete forms, and access invoices or visit documents when available. PetCare can be used through the mobile app or through this booking link: 

PetCare Portal for FiO2 PVAAS

1. Use the link above to go to FiO₂'s DaySmart PetCare portal

2. Choose Create Account or Sign Up.

3. As the client, enter your veterinary clinic's name, prefered email, phone number, and choose a portal password.

4. Under the "pet" section, add your patient's information or create a profile for "CE" if requesting continuing education services.

5. Select the service you are wishing to book with Dr. Parker, as well as requested date and time of service. 

Services include: telemedicine, in-person support, case reviews, and continuing education.

Note: If your preferred date/time is not available, please note that this indicates Dr. Parker is already booked or unavailable. 

6. If requesting patient support, please upload complete medical records for your patient and provide brief summary of reason for request (i.e. procedure information, preferred clinic contact, and any urgent notes)

If requesting CE, please write which lecture(s) you are wanting in the "additional information" box. 

7. Submit request; Dr. Parker will review the request and get back to you if further information (i.e. pricing) is requested prior to completing booking 

Note: Submitting a request does not guaranteed service, Dr. Parker must confirm appointment before it is finalized. 

8. Once the appointment is accepted, you will recieve Welcome Documents from Dr. Parker to ensure timely and efficient colloboration. 

9. Invoices will be sent to your clinic for payment following the services via DaySmart and are due within 2 weeks of reciept.
